Adrian Quaife-Hobbs is one of europe's brightest motor racing prospects. Adrian’s achievement when aged just 15 and still one the youngest ever to be awarded, is truly remarkable. Adrian won the 2005 BRSCC T-Cars championship, still the youngest ever winner of an MSA sanctioned car racing championship and established himself as one of only a few drivers tipped for International stardom.
Like many drivers, Adrian started his career in karting, aged 11, before moving into cars at just 14 years old. Adrian chose the established T-Cars route that has guided many top-line International drivers down their chosen path. A remarkable run of success through the junior saloon car series allowed Adrian to claim an astonishing eight victories and two second places from 18 rounds and totally dominate the end-of-season Autumn Trophy winning six of the seven races.
The teenager continued into T-Cars at the start of 2006 but with 30 car races and 17 race wins already under his belt opted to spend the rest of the year testing various cars ready for 2007.
A season in the learning category of Formula BMW allowed Adrian the opportunity to run for the first time in single-seaters as he quickly got to grips with a ‘slicks and wings’ mini Grand Prix car. When the time came to embark on his first full season in true single-seater racing it was the established category of Formula Renault, that Adrian chose.
Making his debut at the end of 2007, Adrian was immediately on the pace and impressing the series regulars at Donington Park’s World Series by Renault support round in front of around 250,000 excited race fans.
In 2008 Adrian continued into the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 Championship and Italia Cup and is now a highly sought after champion of the future. For 2009 Adrian signed for reigning Eurocup and North Europe Cup champions Motopark with whom he has already established an enviable relationship, finishing forth in both the Northern European Cup and the prestigious Formula Renault Euro Cup.
